Norvexa, operated by Baklajan For Search LTD ("Norvexa," "we," "our," or "us"), explains its data practices here so you can make informed decisions about the app.

Information used by Norvexa

We may process the following limited information:

• email and authentication information if you create or use an account;
• App Store purchase confirmations, subscription state, and entitlement data;
• app and device data such as device category, OS version, app build, language, general region, diagnostic reports, and aggregated interactions; and
• information contained in a support request you choose to send.

Subscription payments are completed by Apple. Norvexa does not keep full credit-card or billing details.

Traffic and connection features

Norvexa can offer privacy-oriented connection functionality. We do not watch, collect, or store the content passing through those features, including browsing history, transferred documents, or the contents of messages and other communications.

Reasons for processing

The information above is used to operate the service, grant access to purchases, improve stability and usability, examine aggregated usage, diagnose crashes, provide customer assistance, and detect fraud, abuse, or security problems.

External services

We may rely on providers that process data only to support Norvexa. Firebase services operated by Google LLC may be used for analytics, remote configuration, and crash diagnostics (Privacy Policy). Apphud may help us manage subscription access and validate purchases (Privacy Policy). Norvexa does not sell personal information, and it does not use third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking technology.

Sharing and storage period

We share information with necessary vendors, if the law requires disclosure, or where reasonably necessary to protect Norvexa, its users, or others. Data is retained only for the period reasonably required for the uses above, legal compliance, or resolution of disputes.

Security and controls

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted communications, secure infrastructure, and access management. No method of handling data is entirely secure. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict your information, contact support@baklajan.io. Norvexa is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
